+
+## 发布规则
+
+- 当前主题版本以 `ming-theme/style.css` 的 `Version` 和 `ming-theme/functions.php` 的 `MING_VERSION` 为准，两者必须一致。
+- 每次发布必须同步更新本文件、仓库根目录 `README.md` 的版本记录，以及 `ming-theme/ROADMAP.md` 的当前版本。
+- 发布前执行 `./scripts/package-theme.sh`，确认 `dist/ming-theme.zip` 含有顶层 `ming-theme/` 目录。
+- 不得将账号、密码、Cookie、令牌、生产配置或私有部署资料提交到 Git。
